In your Magic Bean Pot, mix 1 quart of Buttermilk with 4 small boxes of French Vanilla Pudding.
Then add 2 - 16 oz. containers of thawed Cool Whip & 2 big cans of Mandarin Oranges.
Break 4 packages of Fudge Striped Cookies into bite size pieces and ONLY put in the batch right
before you serve (otherwise they will be soggy).
Then place some of the whole cookies on top for decoration. Enjoy!!!
TIP: prepare a minimum of 3 hours or even overnight & chill in the refrigerator so your bean pot
will help refrigerate your treat. (keeping the lid on)
DUMP CAKES!!!

4 Baking potatoes
2/3 cup butter
...2/3 cup flour
...4 cups milk
2 cups chicken broth
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
12 slices bacon, cooked @ crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 8 oz container sour cream
Bake potatoes in the oven or microwave. {We love to put these in the microwave in the bean pot and bake, we wash the potatoes and leave the skin on.. yummy} or Scoop out the inside of the potato.... we use the entire potato... optional! and... set aside. While the potatoes are baking, cook bacon in the oven bake at 350 degrees until crispy.
Crumble and set aside. Melt butter in a large pot over medium low heat. Stir in four tbs flour to make a roux. Cook about 1 minute stirring constantly. Gradually pour in the chicken broth and milk while stirring. Turn the heat to medium and cook the soup until it starts to thicken. Add the potatoes, salt and pepper, bacon and cheese. Stir well and continue to heat for about 15 minutes allowing the flavors to blend. Mix in sour cream until well blended. Serve immediately. Garnish with green onions, additional bacon and shredded cheese.
As I final step instead of keeping it in a pan on the stove, I put it in the bean pot and microwave on low or oven on low. The soup stays piping hot and you can take it to the table and serve right at the table. It will stay hot the entire meal... since our food stays hot from 2-3 hours in the Bean Pot

Pour the mixture from the bowl over the biscuits in the bean pot. If the biscuits and add-ins aren't covered to your liking, add eggs as needed. Cover with cheddar cheese- add more, if you like... Bake uncovered in a 350 pre-heated oven for 20 minutes, or until the egg mixture is firm, and cheese is melted. Let settle for 3-5 minutes, serve and enjoy
